In our ongoing series of product reviews, we are going to to put another U.K. based company in the spotlight: Fossil Fuel.Fossil Fuel was launched in March of 2015, by Dave and Gareth, who were in search of a paleo energy snack to support their active lifestyle.
After many experiments in the kitchen, they came up with the recipe for the Fossil Fuel bars, currently in 2 flavors:
- Coconut & Cashew
- Macadamia & Cacao

Both bars have no more than 5 ingredients, all completely natural with no added sugars. Dates form the base of the bar which provides enough sweetness and keeps the bars together.
Each bar weighs 50 grams and provides between 225 to 235 calories.
Taste
Both bars taste amazing, with the Macadamia & Cacoa for the chocolate lovers and the Coconut & Cashew for the fans of a lighter, more tropical bar.
Fossil Fuel has really hit the spot tastewise, and it's hard to pick a favorite! We are certainly looking forward to more flavors in the future.
