Mix the following ingredients together:
1 tsp salt
Cooking with the Philips Home Cooker |
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the main recipe:
350 grams of chicken (12 oz.)
200 ml passata
100 ml full fat coconut milk
1 onion
3 celery sticks
3 big carrots
coconut oil for cooking
Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the carrot, onion and celery. In some coconut oil cook the onion until translucent, then add in the chicken and spice mix. Cook the chicken, and after a few minutes add the carrot and celery. Last, add in the passata and coconut milk and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
