Whole30 2014 - Day 30

Last day! Another interesting outtake from the Whole30 Daily:

To go down the list:

- no medical conditions
- don't feel like diving into a box of donuts
- the fear is there, I just need to make the right choices (that are worth it)
- feeling pretty awesome and I intend to keep that feeling as much as possibe!

Today got started with another scramble of shrimp, kale & eggs, with strawberries, blueberries & nuts on the side.

Went to do a workout and post-workout I had a banana (to replenish the carbs)

Back home, I had left-overs: chicken meatballs, green beans, a boiled egg and sweet potato.

We were meeting friends for dinner, and before we went to the restaurant, we couldn't resist and had a glass of wine...

At the restaurant, I had one more glass of red wine during dinner, which was an avocado salad as a starter, and a steak with 2 fried eggs as a main.

As a side, I chose the jacked potato to be on the safe side, but when it came, it had sour cream on it.
So I ate some french fries instead.

To conclude, the last 6 hours of our Whole30 weren't spent fully compliant, but I kept the "damage" to a minimum.
