Today was a day with a morning work-out, so the first meal of the day was also the work-out meal. As usual; 3 eggs, bacon, avocado, spinach & 1/2 an orange.
Post work-out was 1/2 cup of eggwhites with sweet potato, until this is my favorite post work-out food (although I do miss my protein shakes, they will be my first re-introduction "food")
Picked up some macadamia oil, this was a bit hard to find at first, but luckily found a shop that carried it.

The next meal was the same as last night; chicken and broccoli, one of my favorite meals!
Since I want to make sure I get enough calories in, I had a Nakd bar later in the day. Not very filling, but did the trick. According to the guidelines, I will try to snack as little as possible.
For dinner, we made hamburgers in a eggplant "bun" with sweet potato skin fries, macadamia mayonnaise and salad.
