Whole30 2014 - Day 3



We had an early start today for a work-out, so breakfast was a bit lighter than normal.
Scrambling 5 eggs and some broccoli (split in 2 meals) with kiwi and grapes.

Afterwards we did some shopping and were ready to eat when we got home:

2 boiled eggs, slices of sausage, broccoli, carrots & avocado.



During the first Whole30, I made nori chips before based on the recipe in Well Fed.
This time I created my own version:

Melt some coconut oil and mix it with a flavored salt (in my case wasabi salt) Brush the nori sheets with the mix.
Put under the grill for a bit until they crisp up and cut into strips.





For dinner, it was a bean-less chili con carne, served on top of steamed green beans and with a side salad.





Afterwards, we got a little bit hungry, so made some apple with almond butter.
