Breakfast started with another rainbow: eggs, bacon, spinach, blueberries, strawberries & nuts.
On top of the spinach, I added a tsp of MCT Oil.
For lunch, I had the home-made burgers with green beans and celeriac mash.
Pre-workout, I had 1/2 of an RxBar and a boiled egg, post-workout 1/2 cup of egg-whites and a banana as usual.
Dinner was chicken meatballs, shredded sweet potato, parsnip & carrot with a big side salad.
