Day 27, and when I opened the Whole30 Daily mail from last time, coincidentally, it mentioned a topic I was already thinking about earlier this week±
What I was thinking about, actually goes a bit against the structure of Whole30, but it´s not a bad thing necessarily.
For the next 30-day challenge, I want to log all my food-intake through MyFitnesspal daily, to get a good insight of my macro intake and how I can use this data to gain muscle mass.
On January 2nd, I took body measurements and weighed myself, with the intention of doing this again by the end of the year (and hopefully see an increase in numbers)
Today's first meal looked like a bit of a rainbow, with eggs, bacon, spinach, strawberries, blueberries and some nuts.
The second meal was home-made hanburgers, beets, green beans and sweet potato mash.
Pre-workout, I had 1/2 an Rx bar, post-workout a banana and 1/2 cup of egg-whites.
To be honest, I'm happy to soon be able to have a whey shake post workout, not that it's by any means better, but for me, eating right after a workout is just hard. The reason why I'm also going to track my macros next is becasue I feel like I'm not eating enough, and it eating a lot is already hard now.
For dinner, I made a big pan of shrimp fried cauliflower rice, topped with cashews.
