Whole30 2014 - Day 26

The count-down has now really begun, and like I said before, part of me is quite happy with that! After day 30 I will post a small summary with all our findings and thoughts and a small physical update.

Note: spinach doesn't photograph well...

Breakfast today was 3 eggs, bacon, nuts,  1/2 an avocado, spinach  and berries.

The next meal was 2 sausages, green beans and celeriac mash, and it wasn't until almost at the end that I realized I hadn't taken a picture yet.

Pre-workout I had an Epic Bar, they came in as a sample last week for me to review (review up soon)
Post-workout I had a banana.

Dinner was salmon with roasted beets, sweet potato mash and a salad (not pictured)
