Whole30 2014 - Day 24

The last week has rolled around, and part of me is a bit relieved that it will be over in a few days. Not that the whole30 is horrible or hard, but some things are more complicated. Just eating paleo is fine, and you can pretty much get around everywhere without too much trouble, but the stricter rules of the whole30 make it just a bit harder to do spontaneous things like dining out, meeting friends for lunch, drinks or dinner, etc.

But then again, it's only 30 days. But I am looking forward to that glass of wine, I can tell you that much.

We bot did a workout in the morning, so a small breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruit & avocado was a good start.

Post-workout I had 11/2 cup of egg-whites, a banana and half an RxBar.








After coming home, we had a left-over egg foo young, some veggies, a slice of the paleo cheese and a bit of almond butter.






Dinner was home made hamburgers on a taro hamburger bun, with broccoli, mushrooms and tomato.
