Whole30 2014 - Day 23

We had a full day planned today, starting early with eating out for breakfast at our current favorite places;
Omelegg. This time I chose the Spicy Mariachi omelet, which was again delicious.

Then an appointment somewhere, and before we knew it, time flew by. Even though the omelet kept me going for quite some time, my blood sugar suddenly dropped really fast at about 1 pm, so we decided to go for lunch somewhere as well.

In this country, this can be a bit of a challenge, since bread and cheese is the #1 meal during lunchtime everywhere.
We managed to find a place that offered a salad bar, and both ended up with a salad and a leg of chicken. Not bad!












Afterwards we shared an RxBar together.


Pretty much needed the rest of the day to recover from the sugar dip, and along with that, came eating cravings as well. It wasn't particularly easy.

Dinner was beef sausage, sweet potato skins and stir-fried broccoli. On the side, a mixed salad.
