Whole30 2014 - Day 21

We've arrived into the single digits! There are 9 days left to go, and part of me is dreading the end (like last time) but another part is also excited.
Does it mean I'll be pigging out on everything after that? No. Since I'm planning of following a muscle gain program fro the next few months while staying as lean as possible, I'm using this opportunity to set a good base for the meal plans to follow.

We started today with an egg-scramble with sausage, kale, avocado & apple.



The next meal was another serving of the eggplant lasagna and veggies (I could eat this every day)


Pre-workout I had a boiled egg and afterwards a banana.

The last meal was quick and simple, since we had some social obligations.
Salmon cakes with sweet potato, eggplant,carrot and a big salad.
