Whole30 2014 - Day 18
The day began rather early (for a Sunday) with a workout, so breakfast was a bit smaller than usual, with eggs, sausage and a bit of fruit.
Post-workout is was 2 egg-whites and a banana.
Second meal of the day was a portion of the chicken curry from Friday, now even more flavorful! Topped it with some cashews and almond butter.
In the afternoon I made some nori chips, this time with coconut oil and ras el hanout spices.
The I made another recipe from Well Fed, the Italian Sausage Strata, although we've named it the Eggplant Lasagna at home.
