The day started with eggs, scrambled with sausage & tomato and a side of avocado and apple.
The next meal followed rather quickly, because of activities during the rest of the day that would make eating a bit more difficult (shopping, social engagement)
Again chicken and broccoli like yesterday, with a bit of sweet potato.
Dinner was roasted pumpkin puree, Italian sausage & salad.
