Sweet potatoes are tricky to cook with sometimes, since they tend to be more moist than regular potatoes. You can cook them, fry them, bake them, there are quite a few ways to prepare them, but this time I wanted to try something different.
You'll need:
3-4 sweet potatoes
beef tallow
rosemary needles
salt & pepper
Bring water to a boil, and cut the sweet potatoes in big chunks. Meantime, heat the oven to about 180C (350F) When they are cooked, line them on a sheet of bakingpaper and crush them a little bit with a fork.
Top them with some beef tallow, and sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary on top.
Bake in the oven for about 20 mins.
