Shakshuka Sunday

I've made this dish before, and it's the best breakfast dish. Ever. If you've never had it, make it now.
Here's my simplified version, that will serve 2 people, 3 eggs each.

500 ml passata
6 eggs
1 onion, chopped
ghee
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Cook the onion in ghee until translucent. Add in the spices and mix well. Then add in the passata and let it simmer for about 10 mins, it needs to thicken a bit.
Last, crack in the eggs and let it simmer again for about 10 mins until the eggs are cooked. Eat.

Make sure you have your Shakshuka with a Bulletproof Coffee!
