The day got started with eggs, bacon, sweet potato and some fruit.
I really love sweet potato, but if you have a sweet tooth, this is something to perhaps avoid in the morning. The sweet taste is quite strong, and it might set your brain into sweet overdrive for the rest of the day.
I got hungry quit quickly for some reason, so around noon I had the last of the green curry chicken and shirataki noodles.
The opinions on these noodles are varied, officially, Whole30 does not approve of them, since they don't provide a nutritional vale to your diet. But if you're looking to add some noodles to your meal, this is the perfect product.
Pre-wod I had an egg and coconut chips. Post-wod the eggwhite shake (for the last time)
After coming home we had some anti-pasti; olives, pistachios, cucumber, carrot and chorizo.
Dinner was simple, a beef burger, some tomato relish and a salad.
