19 Days of Whole30: Day 15

Day 15 and the "end" is getting near. Honestly, I'm really looking forward to having a glass of champagne to ring in our holiday on Sunday. Like really.

We got started today with a nice breakfast of eggs, bacon and a small side of fruit. A bit of coconut chips for
the crunch and we're good to go!

Next up, another meal like yesterday: broccoli, meats and coconut chips. Nice and filling to get me through the rest of the day.

Pre-wod, I had a banana, egg and coconut chips.
Post-word the eggwhite shake again.


For dinner, I made the green curry chicken again, this time mixed with broccoli.
On the side, a few pieces of krupuk, made from tapioca flour. The are easy to prepare in the microwave, put  a bit of coconut oil and salt in a wide bowl and zap the krupuk on high for about 30 seconds.
