19 Days of Whole30: Day 13

This Monday is a national holiday, and that also means that crossfit is closed and I'm getting a little restless.
Perhaps also since the Regionals were on this weekend and it made me feel a bit lazy.
On the other hand, my body needed the rest, period.

The first meal of the day was a scramble of all things in the fridge; eggs, onion, jalapenos, bacon bits, spinach & broccoli. Spiced up with some chili flakes and a small serve of sliced apple. On a Pure Wrap, this is truly one of my favorite meals.


Did a home workout and quite a good one!
For lunch, it was a nice sampler of cod cuts and sardines, boiled egg and some tomatoes.





For dinner, I made hamburgers with steamed broccoli and fried onions & mushrooms.
