19 Days of Whole30: Day 12

Sunday was an early morning, dropping a friend off at the airport, so we all had a quick bacon & eggs and a few slices of apple (no picture)
At noon we are VERY hungry, so I heated up some left-over sausage from Friday with olives and jalapenos,  wrapped in a Pure Wrap. Some salad and avocado on the side.

Have to admit, today was not a good day overall.
Later in the afternoon, I had half a coconut raisin cake, since I felt a bit peckish.
Technically this is a type of SWYO food, so not approved.

Then later, I wanted to test out a type of krupuk I had (with compliant ingredients, ok, but still)

Result: Just an overall feeling of grumpy, annoyed and guilt. Good job.























Dinner was lamb sausages and grilled vegetables, served with a side salad.
