19 Days of Whole30: Day 11

The weekend is here, with a few social engagements here and there. Another holiday weekend in NL, so 3 days off! Woke up early (unwanted) so before my morning coffee
I had a small piece of banana mud with almond butter so the caffeine wouldn't crank my heart rate up to 200.

Then a while later, a 5 star breakfast: poached eggs, sausage, avocado, tomato, mushrooms & apple.
Delish!!

Felt like I could eat again all day, had a slice of "grillworst" at the butcher and some cashews at home.

Lunch was again buffet-style, the cheese pictured was for a friend visiting from Australia, staying away from dairy and gluten has been the easiest so far.

For dinner, we were invited to a family birthday party in a restaurant, and a fixed menu was served.
This messed things up a bit. The starter was a cold salmon and tuna salad, main course a beef satay, and satay is made with.... peanuts.

Clearly Saturdays aren't meant for Whole30 programming this time around :-(
