Whole21+: Day 9

Unfortunately my subscription to the Whole30 daily has gone mad, and I started receiving the e-mails again from Day 0 & Day 1. So no new food for thought today, I've sent and e-mail asking to fix this, so hopefully it will be backon track soon.
Meal 1 somehow turned into quite a big one, but was very good and I took my time to fully enjoy it. For the 2nd time in a row, I got a nice suprise in one of the eggs, they turned out to have a double yolk :-)

Kind of looks like the eggs are pouring out of the avocado :-)
4 eggs (5 yolks, ha!) scrambled with ginger & chives
4 strips of bacon
raw green endives
1/2 avocado
1/2 pear

A thought that crossed my mind, was to finish this "Whole" a bit earlier, since my better half wasn't able to start due to travels, and this way we can start together again early May.
Otherwise I'll be going in and out of the program, which doesn't seem very logic to me.
So, will finish day 10 tomorrow, but not intending to then indulge in everything simply because I can. I've learnt my lesson the last time.
But since Sunday will (hopefully) be a day of 20C and mostly sunny, I sure would like to enjoy an ice-cold rose on our roofterrace, hey, might even fire up a BBQ!

Again??

Second meal of the day was (again!) the casserole with some extra butternut squash, green beans & broccoli.
Casserole is almost finished, maybe make a smaller one next time...

Before training, some coconut chips & a boiled egg (10% discount on iHerb with code JTT360)

Iced Rooibos tea

Last meal was a stir-fry of chicken, onion & garlic, broccoli & komatsuna. Topped it up with some cashews.
Cooked in coconut oil, and spiced up with ginger powder, chili & coconut aminos. Very tasty!
