Whole21+: Day 8

The week has rolled around, and still going strong. Unfortunately, sleep is still a bit of a challenge, but I don't want to worry too much about it.
It was an early wod today, so I had a simple scramble of 3 eggs with cinnamon and a banana. To add a bit of fat, I had a small bit of almond butter and a few coconut chips.

Post-wod I had a boiled egg & a small 
can of tuna.

Meal 2 was a cold mix of green beans, broccoli, sweet potato, salad, tomato, olives and salmon.

In the afternoon I got a little hungry, so had a Raw Bite bar and a few pieces of Biltong.



Before dinner I had some pistachios, just felt like snacking for the first time.



Dinner again wasn't very creative, casserole, salad and broccoli. Did however, made a Whole30 compliant ketchup:

1 can of tomato paste (140 gr)
1/3 cup of water
2 tbsp coconut vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/3 tsp all spice
1/3 tsp ground cloves


Mix it all well, while mixing I added a bit more water to make it more liquid.




Store in the fridge in one of these handy sauce bottles.




(Measuring spoons and cups are a necessity in every kitchen!)
