Whole21+: Day 4

Day 4, and today will also be the day to do Crossfit Games 13.5, which looks like quite the "rippa".
To be sure i've packed som pre-13.5 foods, so I'll have enough fuel to make it through.
Meal 1 was again simple:

4 eggs
4 strips of bacon
1/2 avocado
small apple & cinnamon













Things I've noticed so far:
- I could eat a LOT, all day
- Still not sleeping well

The good thing about the eating part is, that it doesn't matter how much you eat, as long as it's the good stuff. Just need to find my balance in the amounts. The Whole30 daily adresses this nicely too;
Decide if it's a craving or hunger? Funny enough, I've already had a few moments where I was thinking,
"I could totally eat another steak with veggies right now"



























One tricky pitfall could possibly the sugar-free mayo I discovered, might need to avoid that one for a bit (or make my own)

Meal 2 was a selection of meats and the cabbage mix, with 1/2 an avocado as a side.


Pre-wod, I had the coconut chips, banana & hard boiled egg.

Can't say I crushed 13.5, but am definitely happy with my tiny score of 20 reps.

Last meal of the day was ground chicken cooked in coconut oil with some garlic, the green cabbage mix, broccoli, left-over veggies from day 2 and a salad.
