A great one today, all about how to save time, prep things beforehand and at the bottom a recipe for chicken I can't wait to try. Officially today would be the last official day of my Whole30(10) for now, but will keep
Today got started with the ususal 4 eggs & bacon,
1/2 an avocado & 3 big cubes of frozen spinach.
In the afternoon I had a business meeting, and even though I brought my food with me, didn't have a proper chance to eat it.
When I came home, I had some pistachios.
My lunch became dinner, so it was the same meal as last night;
chicken, broccoli & komatsuna, a bit of butternut squash on the side and coconut chips sprinkled on top.
Then last, I had an less compliant dessert, but it was something I had to try: CoYo, yoghurt made from coconut milk.
Quite pricy, the store sold 3 flavors, so of course I got them all;

Decided to try the Raw Chocolate, it has 5 ingredients:
- coconut milk
- cacao
- tapioca starch
- xylitol
- probiotic cultures
Obviously, the non-compliant ingredient is the xylitol, and this is also considered an SWYPO type food.
It was very tasty, but since the price was astronomical (€2,99) not something I'll buy again.
