Whole 21+: Day 3

The one thing I'm really anticipating is the sleeping part of the Whole30. Falling asleep quicker and waking up refreshed was one of our positive discoveries last time. The last few days have been a bit restless, so hopefully this will get better soon.

Day kicked off early with a small pre-wod meal: 2 eggs & banana with some cinnamon scrambled. Not ideally according to the guidelines, but I simply can't eat a big meal before a wod.

With coffee of course
Post-wod I had a small can of tuna and the last bit of the carrot-rutabaga mash.

Meal 2 was a repeat of yesterday (not very creative so far, sorry!)
Ground chicken, broccoli and... more mash.












According to the Whole30 Daily, this is one of the tougher days... 












Last meal was a great tournedos with a green cabbage stir-fry:

1 shredded green cabbage
2 chopped onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
salt & pepper
ginger powder
coconut oil

Cook it all in a wok for about 20 mins until tender.



Salad with black olives
