Whole 21+: Day 1

Today started a bit different than usual, since my better half had to leave to Australia for a family thing, so we didn't start off with a proper meal together. But I managed to whip up some eggs and bacon, served with orange wedges and coconut chips. The trip also messes things up a bit for my partner, since going whole30 on a 24+ hour flight is quite challenging. That and not being at home with the right foods is not ideal.
During our trip to France, I managed to drop the "food camera", so pictures will be of a lesser quality....

Breakfast

Then totally forgot to take pictures of lunch...
Was a veggie stir-fry with ground beef, some carrot-rutabaga mash and a few strips of bacon.

Dinner was a bit of a experiment (as usual)
Cooked some left-over ham from France with garlic, chili powder and ginger powder.
Added in ground chicken and a big tomato. Cooked it for 15 mins.

Together with some steamed broccoli & salad this turned out quite tasty.

BTW: If you don't have one yet, buy a ceramic frying pan. Your life will never be the same.
