Spinach Balls

Not an original recipe, the one I used can be found here. But since I didn't have all the exact ingredients, I had to play around a bit with the amounts, so below is my version:


10 oz. frozen (or thawed rather) spinach, drained
1 onion, chopped finely
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp chervil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
black pepper
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and rolls little balls (walnut size) 
Cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Pre-heat the oven to 180C (350F) and bake on a sheet for about 20 mins. Caution: don't drain the spinach too much, since the coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid.
