Chocolate Protein Squash Cake

This is not a paleo recipe, since it has whey protein in it, but if you don't mind that addition, this is a very clean recipe for a protein "cake". Leave the protein out to make it paleo.

1/3 cup coconut flour
3 eggs
2 egg whites
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butternut squash, mashed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 scoops of protein powder.

Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in 2 separate bowls, before mixing it together with a hand mixer.
Heat the oven to 180C (350F) and pour the batter into a loaf pan, brownie pan or any other oven dish you have. Bake for about 30 mins, stick a toothpick in and if it comes out clean, your cake is done!
