Whole30: Day 4

Our household is struggling a bit, but I don't think it's because of the Whole30, it's more a general sense of "blah" which can happen to the best of us :-)
Had no energy to prepare a breakfast last night, so this morning it was a simpe bacon & eggs breakfast, with 1/2 an avocado. To experiment, I added some coconut chips, which actually was a nice crunch to the meal.

Lunch was a bit later than yesterday, I didn't get hungry until about 1.30 pm, so that was pretty good. A nice serving of salad, canned salmon, 1/2 avocado & olive oil.





In the afternoon I had some nuts & dried apricots, feeling a bit restless (read: snacky) today.

Dinner was 2 home-made meatballs, steamed broccoli topped with "sunshine sauce" & salad.

Today was a bit tough, but after reading the Whole30 timeline, it makes a bit more sense. Just wasn't expecting it :-)
Still have a feeling I'm not getting enough calories (nutrients) in, will have to experiment with that a bit more in the next few days.
