Whole30: Day 25

Another early workout in the morning, so picked my first meal to be on the lighter side; 2 whisked eggs, 1 banana sliced and cooked like an omelet with some coconut oil. Small scoop of cashew butter and coffee, and I was good to go!
Workout was tough, but cool at the same time: 
Handstand push-ups are tough, but I want to make progress in this, so did handstand/lowering myself slowly. Hopefully I can do a full HSPU soon!
Of course I made sure I signed myself up for the CrossFit Games!






My partner had a more elaborate breakfast, a scramble with tomato, apple, berries & some almond butter.



After the wod I had an apple, some biltong & a boiled egg.










Got hungry again pretty quick, so ate at 
about 12.30, with 
merguez sausage, broccoli, red cabbage, 
green beans & 
carrot. Added some extra coconut oil and shredded coconut.

The whole day I felt like I could keep eating, towards the end I had some avocado and the rest of the biltong.

Last meal was a simple stir-fry, with carrot, parsnip, celery, onion, endives, red pepper and leek. Mixed in a few shrimp, topped it with a bit of chicken and cashews.
