When you try out lots of new recipes, you realize fast that your spice collection needs to expand as well. Here's a recipe to put it to the test a bit, if until now you only are used to work with salt & pepper ;-)
2 zucchini, sliced into half moons
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 cup water
2 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
handful cherry tomatoes, cut in half
oil
Brown the onion in oil, after about 5 mins add all the remaining ingredients, stir well and let it simmer on low heat. Serve over cauliflower rice.
