Cajun Shrimp

Nice and spicy, and easy to make? This recipe will prep & cook in about 30 mins, ready to serve!

Ingredients:

olive oil
500 grams of shrimp (i was lazy and used frozen shrimp)
200 grams of mushrooms, chopped
3 small bell peppers, chopped (any color)
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp ground chili pepper (i use a coffee grinder, to the shock of the rest of the house the next mo)
black pepper to taste
can of tomato sauce

In a wok pan, cook the onion in oil until brown, add the garlic and bell peppers and cook for about 5 mins. Next, add the mushrooms & pepper and let simmer for a bit, then add the sauce & shrimp. Cook on low heat for about 15-20 mins.
Serve over cauliflower rice, Miracle Noodles or like we did, over steamed green beans. Enjoy!
