Breakfast Egg Cups

If you are not a morning person and you need something for on the go, this is the perfect breakfast solution.



a muffin pan
6 eggs
6 slices of ham (round slices work best)
pepper
shredded cheese
dried chives
oil or butter












Heat the oven to 180C (350F) and grease 
6 cups in the pan with oil or butter.
Next line the tins with a slice of ham. 
In each cup, crack an egg. Sprinkle some pepper, chives and cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 15 mins.
