Salty Dark Chocolate & Almonds

The combination of salt & dark chocolate is a fantastic taste explosion, and easy to make yourself.

You need:

200 grams dark chocolate (anything from 70% & up)
almonds
Celtic sea salt
silicone ice cube tray

Melt the chocolate au bain marie, make sure you keep stirring! Pop a few almonds in every part of the tray, then slowly pour some chocolate on top. Sprinkle a few grains of the salt, then pour another layer of chocolate to top it up.
Cool in the fridge.
