Low Carb Cheesecake

Found this on www.yourlighterside.com and was immediately excited.
Geniously simple and delicious at the same time. 

70 grams of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp creme fraiche
1 egg
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp erythritol

Mix, and then microwave on high, I did it for about 1,5 min. while stirring it a few times.
Served it with some home-made granola & blueberries.
