I ran across this great recipe recently, and decided to make it for breakfast.
2 tsp butter
1 big tbsp almond butter
1/3 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp full fat coconut milk
1 tsp Sukrin (optional)
In a bowl, microwave the butter and almond butter for about 30 sec. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix it thoroughly. Then zap again for about 1,5-2 mins until fluffy. Cut into slices. To add a bit of sweetness, i sprinkled the Sukrin on top of the slices, but you can be creative here! This is quite filling, kept me full till at least lunchtime.
