Google+ Cave Food Kitchen: Kitchen Sink Wraps

Kitchen Sink Wraps

No, it's not as disgusting as you may think. In the morning i looked around in my fridge and collected all the left-over veggies i could find, and wondered what to do with them. This is what happened:

2 carrots, sliced
1/2 zucchini, cubed
1 spring onion, sliced
3 cups of shredded komatsuna
paleo wraps1 tbsp dried parsley
dash cayenne pepper
dash garlic powder
salt
coconut oil
4 eggs

What the hell is komatsuna?? Well, pretty darn good, that's what it is!

First, cook the carrots, onion, zucchini in coconut oil for a bit, add the spices. Then throw in the eggs and scramble them for a bit. Last, add the komatsuna and cook until tender.
Scoop the stuff on Pure Wraps (i used the curry flavor) This was also a chance to try these wraps, and wow, they are good! One of the best options for wraps i've found (that and egg-wraps) Very tasty and Paleo!
