Keto Challenge Week: Day 7

Day 6 was a little less keto, since drinking Prosecco is probably not the best thing to do. So, back on track again today, starting with breakfast:


1 slice of Nut butter Breakfast Cake
Almond flour bun
scrambled eggs, Gordon Ramsay style
few cherry tomatoes


Snacks:
piece of sugar-free dark chocolate
few almonds
tuna salad on an almond flour bun
chimichurri sauce
piece of cheese
goat's cheese wrapped in bacon



Salmon Patties
Dinner:
salmon patty
beef burger
mushrooms on the BBQ
chard with a twist
salad


Ok, i gave myself a week to try Keto, and i must say, it was a great test-week!
I did have the feeling i was eating a lot, which is normal for the first while. The next time i plan to go on for a bit longer.


Positive effects: more energy, less hunger, better mood overall.


Downsides? Not really, although it is hard to deal with people in your environment that don't know much about food and health in general, and still believe grains are good for you.
