Keto Challenge Week: Day 6

Because of visitors and day trips, it was a bit hard to post a proper day menu, but i will make an attempt anyway. It does require a but of planning to eat keto, and when you are out and about, it is a bit more challenging. 
Day 6 started off with:


3 eggs whisked in with 4 cubes of spinach, microwaved for 4 mins.
grassfed butter
1 turkey sausage


Veggie Chips
Then off on a boat trip, but snacks on board were:
cashews
saffron aioli
pesto
sundried tomatoes
tapenade
olives
hummus
vegetable chips
cucumber sticks for dipping


Dinner:
1 beef patty
egg, fried in coconut oil
salad & olive oil dressing


Dessert:
1 tbsp mascarpone with cinnamon & Sukrin
piece of 90% Lindt


Again, had a few drinks of Prosecco, on a day like this, couldn't resist!
