Keto Challenge Week: Day 5

Day 5 has arrived, and honestly, still really enjoying the switch to Keto. Ran across a great video tutorial by Gordon Ramsay about scrambled eggs, and made it this morning. God, it's delicious! Crème Fraîche is my new favorite ingredient for eggs from now on!


Breakfast:
scrambled eggs with 2 tomatoes
ice coffee (the Greek Frappé)


Lunch:
left-over stir fry veggies
homemade tuna salad
1/2 avocado


Snacks:
almonds
few cashews
2 cubes of old Gouda
boiled egg


Dinner:
Turkish restaurant; (recommend it!)
cold mezzes
filet of beef
eggplant & sour cream sauce
grilled green pepper


I skipped the rice of course!
I did drink wine this time, prob had about 5 glasses in total...
