Day 4 and still going strong! Was a little worried that i was eating too many calories, but apparently that is normal in the first part. Had an early morning session at Mobilis Crossfit, so had a smaller breakfast than usual. Find the WOD here.
Still drinking lots of water, although with the current temperature here in Amsterdam, i probably should drink even more.
Breakfast:
2 slices of Nut butter Breakfast Cake
coffee
after work-out another coffee with some cream (35%)
Lunch:
left-over green beans & bolognese sauce
salad
pieces of smoked chicken
Snacks:
small spinach salad
1,5 boiled egg
olive oil
1/2 avocado
slice of Nut butter Breakfast Cake
1 tsp mascarpone
1 piece of Lindt 90%
Dinner:
stir fried vegetables (carrot, broccoli, onion, celery, komatsuna)
chicken
1 fried egg in coconutoil
