Keto Challenge Week: Day 3
This Keto thing is going pretty darn well, and what is more fun than to eat fat all day? (ok, that is put a bit too simple, but you get the point) The only challenge is explaining it to people in the direct environment, but that was a challenge i was dealing with when starting with Paleo as well. Ran into a recipe for a nutbutter "cake" on Reddit and decided to make that my breakfast.

Breakfast:
Nutbutter Breakfast Cake
coffee
Lunch:
chicken breast in coconut oil
mushroom mix salad
3 tbsp avocado
1 tbsp green bean mix
Snacks:
handful radishes dipped in crème fraîche
boiled egg
left-over chicken breast
2 tbsp avocado
few almonds
small block of butter
Dinner:
steamed green beans
bolognese sauce
small salad & olive oil
few bacon bits & pine nuts
