Chard |
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
olive oil
big buch of chard
salt & pepper
nutmeg
Heat the oil with the garlic and onion, in the meanwhile, chop the chard stems into small pieces.
Add the stems and cook for a few mins. Last, add the chard leaves with a splash of water.
Put in salt and pepper to taste, and before serving, a dash of nutmeg.
