Tuna is most likely my favorite fish, i love it grilled (medium rare of course!) and the canned version is super handy to take with you where-ever you go and to make a quick tuna salad.
Everybody has their own adaptation of it, so this post is definitely not original. But since it is part of my weekly food intake, i decided to post it anyway :-)
First, you'll need mayo. You can opt for the store bought type, but chances are that that mayo will be loaded with sugar, sunflower oil, soybean oil or safflower oil. Not to mention other additives.
So as a true Paleo follower, you make your own.
For the tuna part, creativity is your limit. This time i created a simple version, just some chili-salt & pepper.
Other ingredients your can add are, apple, pickles, onion, celery, etc.
Serve on a flaxseed cracker with some avocado, and you're good to go!
