Probably one of the easiest recipes for both a good fat source and a chocolate fix. Adding a sweetner is optional, play around with it a bit.
1 cup of coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup cocoa power, or choose desired amount.
To add sweetness, possibly mix in a sweetner, but i honestly haven't found one that doesn't taste disgusting, even Stevia is nasty in my opinion. Sukrin is quite good, but doesn't dissole as good.
Mix. Pour into silicone ice-cube tray. Put in fridge. Done when solid. Eat.
I like coconut oil as is, but sometimes it's nice to add a bit of flavor. Mine, naturally, is chocolate.
