After numerous attempts all got quiet a little in Paleo Breadland (or something like that)
But when i bought some grass fed butter the other day, i realized i needed something to put it on. Although apparently, people put it in their coffee these days. Anyway, i went for it, played around with the ingredients and i finally think i can say this is the one!
1 1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup arrow root powder
1/4 cup flax meal
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut nectar
1 tbsp coconut vinegar
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pre-heat oven to 350 (or about 180 celcius) and bake in a loaf pan for about 30 minutes.
Great warm with some grass fed butter! (oh, really?)
