My recipes sometimes do not seem that creative, but usually simplicity just works best! The 5 Spice Mince recipe had enough left over, so adding it into my breakfast routine was a simple choice. Obviously, you could also prepare this in advance for lunch.
Mix a few scoops of the 5 Spic mince with 2 whisked eggs, and microwave on high for about 3 mins. Add a scoop of coconut oil on top, some spinach, Macadamia nuts & Brazil nuts on the side. This will for sure last you for quite some time into the day!
