One of my favorite foods are shrimp, and especially "Dutch Shrimp" They are super tasty and mostly eaten cold, but in this recipe they will be served warm. A colleague gave me this recipe, and after changing it a little, i made it Paleo. You need:
250 gr. shrimp
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
dash of cayenne pepper (or lots if you like it spicy)
coconut oil
1 cup of coconut cream
5 tomatoes, blanched & chopped
1 shot glass of cognac (optional, but recommended)
Sauté the onions, garlic, pepper & shrimp until brown in coconut oil. Add the tomatoes, coconut cream & cognac and let it simmer for about 20 mins. Serve over shirataki noodles, and add some steamed veggies on the side. Yum!
