After a tough crossfit workout i had little time to cook, so then the wok is your best friend!
Still experimenting with meats, trying to find the rights spices and combinations, and decided to basically take a leap of faith.
300 grams of minced beef
300 grams of mixed veggies
1/4 tsp chilli
1/4 tsp sumac
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
coconut oil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
Cook the beef in the coconut oil with the garlic, add the spices & veggies and let it simmer for about 20 mins with a lid on top. Serve with some steamed veggies if you like, or eat as is. Enjoy!
