How liberating it is to throw all your conventional ideas overboard about breakfast! Most likely i would have raised my eyebrows if someone told me a few months ago i would be eating guacamole in the morning.
I did this morning, it was great and really simple to make.
For the guacamole:
1 avocado
salt
chilli powder
garlic powder
3 small tomatoes
Scoop out the avocado and mash it with the salt, chilli powder & garlic powder.
Dice the tomatoes and mix them in as well. That's it.
My breakfast was pretty much the same as my 4-minute breakfast, except i replaced the crab with guacamole and added some tuna to the lentils:
